Preheat oven to 325 degrees F and light;ly greese 9" x 13" baking dish with non-stick sparay
Whisk all sauce ingredients together in a bowl or jug, set aside
Mix salt and pepper with corn starch in shallow bowl and gently toss chicking in mixture
Beat eggs in second shallow dish or bowl and workingone at a time dip chicken pieces into eggs
Heat vegetable oil in large saucepan, or frypan and workinh in small batches fry chicken pieces until golden brown about 1-2 minutes
Transfer chicken on to paper towel lined plates to remove excess oil and disguard oil from pan
Place chicken into prepared baking dish and pour over prepared sauce
Place into oven and back aprox. 55 minutes, turning every 15 minutes to evenly coat the chicken in sauce.
Serve immediatly and enjoy!
